Please be advised that in response to a Winter Storm Warning, heavy snowfalls and forecasts of dangerously cold wind chills, Rutgers President Robert Barchi has declared a Level 4 Weather Emergency Closure for all Rutgers campuses effective from midnight Thursday through 5 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2014. R-LDCC will be closed as well.
