Food collection begins

R-LDCC sponsors a food collection annually to support a local food bank. Many parents have told us
they appreciate this opportunity to help their children become aware of and develop concern for
those less fortunate.
If you choose to participate, let your child take an active part in deciding what to contribute. Please be
sure all items are non-perishable and non-breakable, such as, tuna, canned soup, canned pasta, etc. The collection boxes will be available in each classroom beginning Monday, November 14, through Tuesday, November 22.
